One of my favorite food choices lately has been Chobiani Greek Yogurt. With it’s high protein content, it’s a great post-workout snack, or a good part of an early breakfast.
Initially, I was a bit wary of it, because it’s much less sweet than your “dessert yogurts” (I’m looking at you, Yoplait…), but I find the citrus flavors to be a great flavor combination (especially the blood orange flavor).
I’m also a bigger fan of the 2% as opposed to the 0%, mostly because it has a creamier taste.
Overall, a great inclusion in your diet, and one you’ll look forward to enjoying.
